3 days of exploring the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast by sea kayak (or walking if weather too wild!). Hopefully will include a trip to Lundy to see the puffins! Weather permitting obviously...

You'll need to be a strong intermediate paddler i.e. Happy in top of force 4, experience of tidal flow & choppy sea & willing to experience more challenging conditions.

Roll not essential but confidence in deep water rescue is.
