7.5 miles (12km) undulating walk with several steep climbs and a few areas of muddy track.
Leaving at 10:00am (meet 9:50am) up the Ebbor Gorge, then east across an area of high ground on an old drovers track with excellent views of the Somerset Levels (weather dependent). We then drop south and into Wells for a café stop
Bring a lunch/snack which we will have at some point prior to visiting Wells where we can take a short look at the cathedral and smallest city in England. Good walking boots and waterproofs are essential for this walk, and a reasonable level of fitness for the short, but steep climb through the gorge. (Grade B/2 Boots)
