2 days of sea kayaking in South Pembrokeshire. Camping on Friday and Sat nights - exact location and campsite tbc nearer the time (to allow some flexibility for weather conditions).

You'll need to be of 3* standard (you don't have to hold the award), which means having done a coached improver weekend (or equivalent), and have done several trips since (including a couple of trips recently), be able to manoevre a sea kayak, including paddling against winds and in cross winds up to force 4, have done some rescues (you don't have to have a roll as long as you are familiar with rescues for getting back in). 

You'll need your own kit, including helmet - please hire kayaks, paddles etc. through AOAC if neccessary. We can coordinate lift shares nearer the time. No cost in advance as we'll pay for the campsite on arrival.
