Coed-y-Brenin on the other hand is a fully loaded trail centre with car park, toilets, cafe, shop and MTB rental facilities.
Coed-y-Brenin offers a variety of trails suitable for beginners up to expert MTB rider.
Anyone intending to MTB on this trip ensure you have a suitable mountain bike in good serviceable condition, bring clothing suitable or the weather conditions.
A helmet which is mandatory on all AOAC rides. NO HELMET, NO RIDE!

Kayaking: The minimum requirements are Explore standard (you don't need the qualification, just to be at that level) and some form of White Water safety training eg the clubs MWSS day.
