AOAC New Year Trip for 2016/2017 will be held at Slapton Ley on the south coast of Devon. This 5-night trip includes multiple activity options, and our traditional New Year’s Eve meal and party. There are coastal walks from the doorstep, opportunities for sea, surf and whitewater kayaking, great local road cycling on quiet roads through traditional Devon villages with country pubs, and mountain biking nearby. Dartmoor is within a 30-minute drive.

We will be staying at Slapton Ley Field Centre adjoining a national nature reserve and bordering a village which includes 2 pubs and a shop. The centre is 10 minutes’ walk from the sea. We have exclusive use of the centre, which offers generous communal spaces for chillaxing and socialising. There are 37 bedrooms, all have en-suites and there will be a maximum of 2 people per bedroom.
