Staying at the Long Barn Bunkhouse at Penrhiw Farm, Llandysul in South West Wales, a great location for many activities. Cycling, Walking and white-water kayaking. We have sole use of the bunkhouse, including large kitchen, Games room / lounge. Cost £35 for 2 nights. You'll need to bring your own bedding and food. I'll arrange Tea, coffee and milk... and cakes if the budget permits :-)

Kayaking: You will need to be at least Explore/ 2* standard (you don't need to have done either) and have done some form of safety training e.g the clubs Moving Water Safety Training. Part of the kayaking group are undertaking training specific to the White Water Award

Walking: subject to sufficient leaders it’s possible to have lasts for all levels. Country and coastal walks plus the Black Mountains to the east.

MTBing options are at the Brechfa and Cwm Rhayader trail centres
