If you have completed your BCU One and Two star awards or are currently working towards them then this weekend is for you. This weekend will be your first introduction to moving water and is a prerequisite to attend all other AOAC organised moving water trips. Similarly if it's been a while since you were last on the water or fancy a bit of an update on your moving water, safety and skills then please come along.
