This scenic walk alongside the pretty River Chew is around 6 miles and is mostly flat and possibly a little muddy in places. We’ll stop for a drink in the Compton Arms at the mid. point (or mid pint if you wish…..). The walking is mainly on tracks and field paths. Bring a torch snacks and a drink. Arrive at 6.30pm pm to start the walk at 6.45 pm (Grade B/2 Boots).
