A long varied walk through attractive Somerset countryside. Wintertime will provide added adventure, possibly a finish in the dark and maybe a little mud.

The route begins in Chew Magna and goes through Norton Malreward, Pensford, Hunstrete and Clutton before returning to Chew Magna.  The 'peaks’ are Maes Knoll, Blackberry Hill and Knowle Hill. It’s quite challenging but nothing like the Yorkshire Three Peaks.

The village Christmas market will be in full swing when we return and a table is booked at the pub for those who would like food/refreshments.
