A white water kayaking trip at Cardiff White Water Centre on the 4 and 6 cumec session in the morning.

The minimum requirement is that you need to be explore standard (you don't need to have done the course) and have done some form of white water safety training (for example the club's MWSS course). If you are new to white water Cardiff is a step up so you need to be prepared to take some swims. If this is likely to dent your confidence this trip is not for you. There is an area at the bottom of the course where you can practice skills without going around the course.

You will need to bring your own equipment or hire it from the club and sort transport.
