  • The Avon Outdoor Activities Club ("AOAC") is a Members Club. Activities are operated on a non-professional basis with the organisers not holding themselves out as having any particular competence or training in any sport or activity.
  • The AOAC does not provide personal accident cover for Members. Members are advised to ensure they have adequate personal accident insurance before taking part in any of the Club activities.
  • Please inform activity organisers if you have any disabilities or health or vulnerability issues before you book onto a trip. Organisers may not be qualified and it is your responsibility to gauge your ability to take part in any activity. 
  • I agree that the information supplied to the AOAC may be stored in computer or paper format and may be distributed amongst members for the sole purpose of running the AOAC and organising associated activities.
  • I agree to that the AOAC may send or supply documents and information to me in electronic form to the email address I provide.
  • These terms and conditions apply to this web site and also to associated web sites and web pages such as www.aoac.co.uk, www.aoac.info and our Facebook page.
  • The AOAC does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any statement or claims made on its websites, and is not responsible for any user content on its websites.
